Chances are you will want to employ a combination of these approaches. For example, we may work together to deliver a combined training and coaching program. In other words, to deliver training and follow it with coaching to ensure complete integration of new learning. Alternatively, through a one-on-one or group coaching relationship, we may discover a need for training.
