The Attribute Index
Here we assess an individual's attributes (soft skills) in order to pinpoint what behaviours the person(s) in question will likely be drawn to act on. In addition to the Success Insights reports ( the "how" and "why" of behaviour), the Attribute Index assessment answers the "what" of behaviour.
Put all three reports together and you'll have a complete view of a job candidate/incumbent, or business partner's soft skills. You will also be able to reasonably draw conclusion regarding an individual's will to perform a function. It is at the point where values, behaviours, and attributes intersect that performance synergy is achieved, provided those three elements align with what's required in a job/organization.
Of course, you'll still want to consider hard skills, industry experience, and knowledge.
