Catharine Wright, Chief Change Catalyst
What makes me think I have something to offer you? Years of hands on experience and training for one. A file full of endorsements for another. And most importantly, an attitude, personality, approach, perspective and level of commitment that client's value.
I've owned and operated two successful companies and have managed both public and private organizations at senior levels. My background is in economic/business development, technology sector development, education and retail. On a personal level, I'm very proud of having been named a “Paul Harris” Fellow by my Rotary Club.
My professional credentials include: MBA, PCC (Professional Certified Coach), CPBA (Certified Professional Behaviours Analyst, TriMetrix and DNA Certification (advanced assessment knowledge for selection and people development purposes), and Certified Legacy Leadership facilitator.
Driving change that improves performance is my game – strategic planning, talent/performance management and leadership development my specialties. As a coach, I listen carefully and deeply, encourage, explore, challenge, support and strategize. My mission is to help you gain new insights and experience wonderful “ah ha” moments that catapult you in the direction you choose. I always learn and grow alongside my clients.
As a consultant, I assess, inform, guide, provoke, develop, hold accountable and move you toward your desired change. My mission is to create and align strategies, systems and people equipped to execute your plans. You likely don't have the time or know-how to put these critical pieces in place. My team and I are here to be your out-sourced change management, leadership development and talent/performance management departments.
My specialization is coaching and consulting business owners, CEOs and their senior leaders who are driving change – preferably transformative change.
Who believe that:
Our clients like to create these new results by relying on objective decision-making processes, systems and tools (where possible) and hasn't finished learning, is open to new and improved processes and is determined to be the best leader possible – in their organization, family and/or community.
