This assessment of values is a sister report to our behavioural assessment that explains the "how" of behaviour. The values assessment adds another significant piece of information and insight in that it explains the "why" of our behaviours.

Understanding individual and group values can be a very rich experience. Our values, and thus attitudes, serve as motivating drivers. Understanding what motivates behaviour, is the basis for developing individuals and teams. It is also a key to identifying potential conflicts with others on a personal and professional level.
