Leadership Coaching Program

Leadership coaching involves three major stages and some twelve elements designed to send your effectiveness through the roof. The stages include: analysis, action planning, and implementation.
Within these twelve elements, we address four key focus areas: self awareness and development, interpersonal relationships, leadership, and motivational delegation. Additional elements may be added to the program. Examples of these include: skill building in assessment, communication/ listening, handling feedback, time management, and effective decision-making. Leadership coaching may also involve shadowing the leader, observation of team meetings and presentations, and facilitating coaching sessions between the leader and each direct report to set overall objectives and specific performance goals.
