Corporate Coaching

Small Business Development Coaching
While many of the issues are the same, regardless of whether you are a small business owner/manager or a corporate client, many are also different. And where they are the same, it's often an issue of magnitude or degree that is very much dependent on where your small business is in its life cycle and the resources you have available. Our coaching services come in a couple of different formats.
Group coaching can be a more affordable way to benefit from a coaching program. How so? As demand dictates we periodically run a coaching program designed to address a specific need and offer it to the business community in general. Groups generally consist of 4 to 10 participants who share a common interest and who do not compete with one another. Through this group coaching process, you not only save money, but benefit from the contributions of your peers on the call.
All group coaching sessions are conducted by telephone. What that means is that you call into a bridge line that has been assigned for the program and we meet as a group in teleconference format. This can be a very clean, efficient, dynamic learning environment that connects you to peers located across the globe. It is a great way to expand your network and connect with people from around the world.

Team Coaching, on the other hand, provides an opportunity for you to have an entire team, or work group be coached through a project or teambuilding process. It generally starts with one or more assessments which are followed by a highly interactive process wherein participants utilize assessment results to identify learning/coaching priorities, roles and responsibilities, milestones, and metrics. Team coaching can be delivered in person, by teleconference, or through a combination of face-to-face and teleconference meetings. Team coaching provides an extraordinary opportunity for you to build a high impact team.
Personal Coaching

As your coach, we promise to expand your insights, stretch your thinking, honour your being, tell you the truth, and be your guaranteed confident.
