Success Insights™ – Behavioural Assessment

This assessment has multiple applications.  It is particularly useful as a tool to increase self-awareness and awareness of direct reports.  It explains the "how" of our behaviour and underscores the value in understanding differing behavioural styles so we may better manage our relationships.  The report synthesizes how we are best managed, how we prefer others to communicate with us, how we respond to problems, people, pace and procedures, and a preferred environment within which to work.  It also creates a template for developing a follow-up action plan.

This assessment is incredibly insightful for assessing the strengths and weaknesses of overall team behaviours and instructive where communication patterns are concerned.  This assessment forms the basis for the Dynamic Communications™ Seminar.
