We are a growing service provider with a virtual and fluid team. That is to say that we carefully select associates to work with us on a project basis. We have access to dozens of experts across multiple disciplines and interest areas. Our clients get the best of two worlds: a "small," flexible company and the wisdom of a broad scope of expertise.
Our combined expertise allows us to offer a wide variety of services that either focus on directly or complement strategic leadership and talent management issues. This includes individual and group leader development, business development, organizational development, sales development, talent assessment and performance management, teambuilding, and conflict management challenges.
A prominent coaching and training company recognized internationally for its ability to transform individuals, teams and organizations.
A virtual team of experts committed to exceeding client expectations with the utmost of integrity.
A company that contributes to the communities it serves.
My personal vision statement is very specific, thus quite wordy. I wondered whether I should post it on my site and decided in favour of doing so. It is probably one of the best ways for you to get a sense of who I am.
I have a thriving coaching and training practice helping successful business owners, corporate executives, and professionals earn more money with less effort.
I work from a spacious home-based office that overlooks water. My working environment includes an office with a panoramic view, floor to ceiling windows which capture volumes of sunlight, high-end furniture, and state-of-the-art technology and sound system. I am surrounded by comforting and inspiring art work, colours and décor.
Many of my clients have become trusted friends who regularly refer their colleagues and acquaintances to me. My database is rich with testimonials of the exceptional services I provide and the positive impact I've had on their own lives and successes. These testimonials provide much of the oxygen for my business growth.
I am a model for my clients, my profession, and my family in that I live a well-balanced lifestyle. On average, I work an eight hour day, with three days a week devoted to fulfilling client needs and one day fulfilling my personal and business development needs. I thoroughly enjoy working 44 weeks of the year and "playing" the other eight weeks. I enjoy ample exercise through a combination of running, golfing, cycling, skiing and workouts. I am fit both mentally and physically. My confidence has never been higher.
I spend my client-centered workdays providing one-on-one business coaching services, individual and group assessments, large-group training in the form of quarterly seminars and monthly "virtual campfires." My successes, and that of my clients, have been profiled within my coaching community, and the community at large.
My marketing engine is finely-tuned and fuelled by referrals, a monthly ezine publication, and the ongoing development of practical tools – many of which are offered free on my website. The business tools that I have produced add value to my clients and are regularly used.
I have surrounded myself with a strong R&D team, including a small group of six strategic advisors who keep me grounded, innovative, and "charged." I have developed a solid network of colleagues and strategic partners who provide complementary services for my clients.
I have an up-to-date personal and business vision that continues to stretch and evolve me. I know where I am headed and my general strategy for getting there. My family and friends enjoy "being" with me, as I do myself.
